Refund Policy

At VyroTimes, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


General Policy

  • By placing an order on VyroTimes, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
  • Funds added to your VyroTimes wallet balance are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn back to the original payment method except where required by law.


Account Balance Deposits

  • Deposits made to your VyroTimes account are final.
  • Once funds have been added to your account balance, they may only be used to purchase services available on the platform.


Order Refunds

  • Orders that have been successfully completed without drops are not eligible for refunds.
  • Orders that cannot be completed for whatever reason may be eligible for a refund to your VyroTimes account balance.
  • Refunds are issued back to your VyroTimes wallet balance only unless otherwise determined by VyroTimes.


Partial Delivery

  • If an order is only partially delivered and cannot be finished, a partial refund will be issued for the undelivered quantity of the order.


Incorrect Orders

  • Customers are responsible for submitting accurate order information.
  • Orders placed with incorrect links, and services are delivered to that link, are not eligible for refunds for that reason.


Duplicate Orders

  • Customers should not place multiple orders for the same link while an order is already in progress.
  • VyroTimes is not responsible for issues arising from duplicate orders and refunds may not be granted in such cases.


Refill Services

  • All services come with a refill guarantee, meaning that if the purchased quantity drops from the post/account/channel, we will refill or refund for the dropped quantity.
  • For any orders where the delivered quantity has dropped, we will prioritize refilling over refunding.


Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

  • Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or unauthorized claim may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the account.
  • VyroTimes reserves the right to present transaction records and account activity as evidence in response to disputes.


Fraudulent Activity

  • Refunds will not be issued for orders or accounts associated with fraud, abuse, unauthorized payment methods, or violations of our Terms of Service.


Policy Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of VyroTimes constitutes acceptance of any updated version of this policy.
